Yes, software can be installed. You would be responsible for any software licensing.
If software is needed, make sure that you give us at least several days notice as IT might have to install the software manually.
How far in advance do I need to tell you that I'll need the cart?
At least a couple of days, unless you need software installed.

While we only need a couple of days notice, there is only one cart. As such, use of the carts is first come, first serve. If you know you need them, then it is best to make reservations as soon as you are aware that they are needed.

Depending on exactly what is going on, you might need to pick up the cart yourself. However, if we have advance notice, then we should be able to arrange it.
