How do I view my class schedule? 

Through MyMidway, faculty can access online courses, email, Self-Service and more.  The resources posted below illustrate how to access and navigate MyMidway & Self-Service.  In addition, you can learn how to view rosters, post census, and submit grades in the Self-Service platform.  See Midway Technology link for instructions. 

How do I email my class?

You can email your entire class using either Self-Service or the Inbox feature in Canvas.

How do I access my class roster?

You can access your class roster in Self-Service or Canvas.  

Where do I submit census, midterm, and final grades?

All faculty should submit census (attendance), midterm grades, and final grades in Self-Service.

When are final exams? 

The final exam schedule is always posted on the Registrar's MyMidway Portal Site.  You can access the Registrar's site by clicking here:  Registrar MyMidway Portal.

When are grades due?

Please check the Academic Calendar for official grade posting dates. 

What is the process to request and obtain textbooks?

Please access textbooks via publisher website.  Please contact the Dean if assistance is needed.  (See Directory)

How do I get help with Midway Technology?

How do I know the class schedule if there is inclement weather? 

In the actuality of inclement weather, the plans below outline the Midway University Protocol (also see Human Resources Information for Employee Handbook for information regarding inclement weather).  The information will be available to students, faculty and staff via:

• the MyMidway Portal
• there will be a scrolling news ticker on the homepage of the Midway website
• on local television stations WLEX and WKYT and with the Lexington Herald- Leader and local radio stations
• Phone, email and/or text messages (if you opt in) will be sent to registered contact numbers/emails from the LiveSafe system. If you have not downloaded (or can’t download) the LiveSafe app you can still get registered to receive alerts by contact Midway University Security.
