Over the last five years or so, a new discourse has emerged within many universities: the discourse of student engagement. Exactly what do we mean by student engagement and why is it so important? Based on research literature in the area of student engagement, this webinar will discuss pedagogical ideas faculty might successfully use to better engage students in learning.

During this first workshop we will analyze your intended and designed curricula by examining program and course outcomes. We will ensure our outcomes are student-centered and begin the process of mapping the outcomes onto an electronic spreadsheet.
