Faculty Development Week is a biannual event sponsored by The Center@Midway for Teaching Excellence & Innovation. Spring 2021 Faculty Development Week aims to celebrate accomplishments of Midway faculty teaching during the global pandemic, support continuous improvement efforts for Midway academic programs, and offer innovative teaching strategies that can be directly applied to courses. Upcoming workshops and conversations are opportunities to reconnect with community members and share ideas to prepare for teaching this spring and beyond.
To kick-off Faculty Development Week 2021, The Center@Midway will host their first virtual Midway Faculty Conference with plenary sessions in the morning and concurrent sessions in the afternoon. Following the Midway Faculty conference, the Center will offer faculty learning opportunities throughout the week. Check the Center Website for Spring 2021 weekly faculty learning opportunities
